Emergency Repairs

If an issue in your home puts your health and safety at risk, call 03000 11 00 11

Emergency repairs are problems that could affect your health and safety.

Our priority is to make your home safe, or where possible, complete the repair within 24 hours—or sooner—depending on the issue.

Examples of emergency repairs include:

  • Losing all electrical power
  • Blocked main drain
  • Blocked toilet (if it’s the only one in the home)
  • Burst pipes that can’t be contained
  • Dangerous structures at risk of collapse
  • Gas leaks
  • Complete heating failure (winter months only, if no back-up heating)
  • Lack of security to the property

To report an emergency repair, call us on: 03000 11 00 11

If you call outside of office hours, you will be redirected to our Out of Hours Service. Please follow the instructions to select the correct option. Your call will be answered by our out of office contractor, Orbis Protect.

We aim to respond to emergency repairs within 24 hours of them being reported.

If your repair isn't urgent, please use the routine repairs form linked below:
