About Us

We are a Housing Association based in the North East. Our main job is to provide safe and affordable homes for people in need. We aim to make a positive difference by investing in the local communities and helping them grow.

We work across the Tees Valley, North Yorkshire, County Durham, and Tyne and Wear. This means we not only build new homes but also take care of the ones we already manage. Our goal is to create better places for people to live, and we are committed to making sure everyone has a safe, warm, and affordable place to call home.
