People are at the heart of what we do. This means we do things differently.

Since 2013 we have developed our organisational vision in several ways, however, one thing has remained the same – the principle that everyone has a voice, we work things out together, and nothing is agreed until everyone agrees.

130 people made up of Board Members, Customers and North Star Staff developed our Leading and Growing Vision to 2026.
