Further to the announcements from the Government and National Housing Federation today regarding steps to protect tenants from eviction during the Coronavirus epidemic, we would like to offer assurance to our customers; we recognise a combination of zero hours contracts, unstable employment and benefit sanctions will mean the Coronavirus pandemic is a worrying period for some of our customers.

Although we will continue to charge rents, we will not evict anyone whose arrears result from the pandemic.

We urge customers to contact us as soon as possible and discuss your situation. We will provide tailored support and assistance to customers experiencing a loss of income as a consequence of the Coronavirus.
