On Monday 20th January, North Star, in partnership with Infinity Group, were named the winners of the Best Customer Impact Award at the National Housing Maintenance Forum (NHMF) Awards 2025.
North Star and Infinity Group were recognised for their outstanding collaboration on the implementation of the BRIK Housing product, a cutting-edge housing management system designed to deliver sector-leading, customer-centred services.
