We’re changing the way you access our online services…

We want to ensure that you have access to the information you need, when you need it. So, we’re currently working on bringing you a brand new online service that allows you to view your tenancy and rent details, report repairs, check your housing officer’s contact info and much much more!

The new online service will be accessed through our fab North Star website and it will replace our current North Star Customer App. The mobile app will no longer be in use from October 2017, but don’t worry all your information will still be made available should you need to access it before we launch the new service.

We’re getting ready to launch our exciting online service in the New Year and will keep you posted on the progress. In the meantime, if you want any more information then please get in touch!
