We are delighted to announce that since the 1st September 2022 Ian Williams have been delivering our day-to-day and void repairs.
Ian Williams deliver over 300,000 responsive repairs and maintenance visits across the country every year and are co-locating with ourselves at our head office in Thornaby.
You can continue to report repairs in the usual way (through My North Star or by calling our Customer Services Team) but also now have the option of raising repairs using our new Chatbot.
