In summer 2023, we’ll be making some changes to Tees Valley Homefinder and moving to a new ICT provider.

Unfortunately, it’s not possible for all accounts to be directly transferred to the new system, so customers currently placed in band 4 will need to re-register their accounts.

Our new Tees Valley Homefinder website will start to advertise properties from Monday 31st July 2023, so until then please continue to log into the current Tees Valley Homefinder to view and bid on available properties. Or contact us directly if we currently bid on your behalf.

Band 1, 2 and 3 customers with an email account

If you’re a band 1, 2 or 3 customer, we’ll register your new application for you. Once we’ve registered your new application, we’ll email you a link to your new account. Please log into your new account to create a new password.  If you do not receive an email with a link to your new account by Monday 31st July 2023, please contact us using the details further down this page.

Band 1, 2 and 3 customers who do not have an email account

If you’re a band 1, 2 or 3 customer and you don’t have an email account, we’ll contact you directly once we’ve registered your application. If you have not been contacted by Monday 31st July 2023, please contact us on the details below.

Band 4 customers with an email account

If you’re a Band 4 customer, you’ll need to make a new application. Our new Tees Valley Homefinder customer portal will be open for new applications from Monday 3rd July 2023. To register a new account please log onto the customer portal and follow the step-by-step process. You’ll need to provide evidence to verify your application. The information required will be specific to your application, and you’ll be advised of what’s required during the application process.

Band 4 customers who do not have an email account

If you don’t have access to an email account or the internet, please contact us on 03000 11 00 11, and we’ll make you an appointment to register a new application.

Not looking for accommodation?

If you are no longer looking for accommodation, please let us know and we will close your account for you. You can contact us via email at TVHF@northstarhg.co.uk or call 03000 11 00 11.
