Our Welfare Benefits Officers are here to provide advice and support to help you understand the benefit system. 

In 2023/24, we helped North Star customers gain an extra £757k in benefits they may not have otherwise received. 

We offer advice and assistance specific to your circumstances, whether it is about applying for welfare benefits, identifying any other grants or support that you may be entitled to that you weren’t aware of, or signposting you to another agency that can help you further.
