An emergency repair relates to an issue that could affect your health and safety. Our job is to make your home safe or, where possible, complete the repair within 24 hours or sooner depending on the nature of the repair.

Examples of emergency repairs are:

• Losing all electrical power
• Blocked main drain
• Blocked toilet if only one available
• Burst pipes that cannot be contained
• Dangerous structures which are at risk of collapse and must be secured for public safety
• Gas leaks
• Complete heating failure where no back up heating is available (winter months only)
• Lack of security to the property
